Giving one star only because the young girl at the desk was friendly and cordial, but our overall experience with this facility was not good. We rented a unit for several months, then moved our stuff out on May 13th, leaving the unit clean and ready for the next renter. On May 15th our bank account was debited for another month, even though we now cannot access that unit (their padlock is on it, we can't even open the lock gate to get in now) When we called to complain and possibly negotiate a refund the man hung up on us, telling us to "have a nice day". We are senior citizens with extremely limited income and feel we have been done wrong. I'd look around for a different storage than this one.
